Randstad Educatin is looking to appoint an Administrator to work in school office across Bar Hill (Cambridgeshire).
This is a full time role starting ASAP and you will be expected to work from 8.00am-4.00pm Monday to Friday.

Some of your main responsibilities:
As a School Administrator, you will play a key role in the smooth and efficient operation of the school which includes:
- Your role will consist of working in a team and under the supervision of the school Business Manager
- You will be supporting the school Business Manager assisting them with daily office jobs such as inputting school data, other office duties i.e. sorting posts, admissions, attendance and typing letters
- Facilitating effective communication between staff, parents and external stakeholders
- Assisting in the coordination of school events, meetings and parent-teacher conferences

Some of your requirements to earn this role :
- Relevant experience working in a school office, preferably within an educational setting
- Eligibility to work in the UK is ESSENTIAL (sponsorship is not available with this role)
- DBS on a update service is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Understanding of confidentiality and sensitivity in handling student and school-related information
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
