Our client is seeking a highly competent and experienced School Business Manager to oversee our financial and operational functions. This is an exciting opportunity to further develop the delivery of all financial and business operations.
This is a full time role starting ASAP and you will be expected to work from 8.00am-4.00pm Monday to Friday.

In this role, you will:
- Financial Management: Manage school budgets, monitor expenditure and ensure financial compliance
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including facilities management, health and safety and HR administration
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the school's strategic development, ensuring efficient resource allocation and sustainable growth
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of administrative and support staff
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with governors, parents, local authorities and other stakeholders
Required skills for this role:
- Proven experience as a School Business Manager with a demonstrably high skill level
- Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of school-related legislation and regulations
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
- Experience with school administration software like SIMS, Arbor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eligibility to work in the UK (This is essential)
- DBS on the update service or willingness to get on
