We are looking to secure a school receptionist who will be working as part of the School Administration team, and play an important role in supporting the school.
This is a full time role starting ASAP and you will be expected to work from 8.00am-4.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Your role as a School Administration will include:
- A dedicated member of staff acting as front of house to all visitors
- To meet the demands of the role, with excellent timekeeping, taking responsibility as assigned
- To liaise with colleagues as required to support the effective service support to both personal and telephone callers
- To carry out duties as may be required from time to time commensurate with the overall responsibility of the post
- To actively promote the aims and ethos of the School
- Record and file relevant student documents as requested by SLT
We are looking for someone with the below key skills:
- Experience of working in an educational environment
- Proven experience of working on a reception desk
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal
- The ability to work with high levels of tact, confidentiality and discretion
- Candidate should be eligible to work in UK (Essential)
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
- 2 recent professional references
All candidates will be subject to Randstad Education's child protection and UK eligibility checks, including enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and full referencing process, and the cost of any new police check (DBS) required will be met by the candidate. If you are suitable, an interview would be offered immediately and you could start working in the school soon after.
