Your main Responsibilities as a Science Teacher would include:
- Using creative teaching methods to make complex concepts easy to understand
- Planning extra-curricular activities, overseeing the science laboratory activities, assigning projects
- Work with students and help them overcome their learning challenges.
- Conduct experiments, assessments and exams
- Ensure student safety while experimenting in laboratories
- Monitor student's progress, communicate with students, parents and colleagues

Your primary Requirements for this role are:
- Strong subject knowledge in Science, including Biology
- Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate students
- Effective communication, organisation, and time-management skills
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification/experience
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
- Willing to undertake Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks and Child Protection Training
- Must be able to provide 2 professional teaching references
