Job Title: Team Leader Cleaner
Location: Preston
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Team Leader Cleaner to join our dedicated cleaning team. This is a key role that requires a hands-on approach and strong leadership skills to ensure our premises are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
The Role
Supervising and motivating a small team of cleaners to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
Performing cleaning duties across the site, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitising various areas
Conducting regular inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly
Managing cleaning schedules and rotas, ensuring all areas are covered
Ensuring the safe use and storage of all cleaning equipment and chemicals
Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the management team
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a professional cleaning role, with some experience in a supervisory or leadership position
A strong work ethic and an eye for detail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
Knowledge of health and safety regulations relating to cleaning
Reliability and punctuality are essential
