We are seeking a reliable and motivated Team Leader Cleaner to join our dedicated cleaning team. This is a key role that requires a hands-on approach and strong leadership skills to ensure our premises are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
The Role
- Supervising and motivating a small team of cleaners to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Performing cleaning duties across the site, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitising various areas
- Conducting regular inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly
- Managing cleaning schedules and rotas, ensuring all areas are covered
- Ensuring the safe use and storage of all cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the management team
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a professional cleaning role, with some experience in a supervisory or leadership position
- A strong work ethic and an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relating to cleaning
- Reliability and punctuality are essential
