Secondary Science Teacher - Crosby

With the rising demand we are seeking qualified and dedicated Science Teachers for a couple of our prominent secondary schools located in the Crosby area.

Location: Crosby, Liverpool- L23 ...

Pay: £150 to £220 per day (depending on experience)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Science Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging and practical science education:

Practical Instruction: Plan and conduct safe, engaging, and memorable practical experiments across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics (General Science) for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE).
Curriculum Mastery: Deliver effective, differentiated lessons to ensure all students, regardless of ability, achieve strong outcomes, especially in GCSE Science (Combined and Triple).
Assessment & Reporting: Accurately assess student progress, mark work, and provide diagnostic feedback to drive improvement.
Lab Management: Ensure a safe working environment in the labs, working closely with technicians to manage resources and equipment.
Pastoral & Professional: Uphold school policies on behaviour and safeguarding. Participate in department meetings and extracurricular science clubs/activities.
