What We Look For:
- QTS / QTLS.
- Confidence teaching KS3 and KS4 (specialism in any discipline is a plus).
- A valid DBS on the update service and the right to work in the UK.
Key Duties:
- Deliver engaging, practical, and theory-based Science lessons.
- Prepare Year 11 students for their GCSE Science assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide helpful feedback.
- Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Set up and supervise practical experiments following health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with the science technician and department to optimise resources.
- Follow all school-wide safeguarding and child protection protocols.
