Role and Responsibilities:
As an SEN Science Teacher, your day will involve creating engaging and tailored lessons for students with varying needs. You'll be responsible for adapting curriculum content and using diverse teaching methods to ensure each student's success. A typical day might include:
Planning and delivering engaging science lessons tailored to individual student needs.
Using practical experiments and visual aids to enhance learning.
Integrating EHCP targets into daily teaching and assessment.
Providing pastoral and academic support to your students.
Requirements:
We're looking for a dedicated and experienced SEN Science Teacher who's passionate about making a difference. You'll be a team player with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Right to work in the UK
Proven experience teaching SEN students in UK schools
Collaborating with other teachers and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
