Qualified Science Teacher Vacancy - West Kirby
We're currently seeking a passionate and qualified Secondary Science Teacher for supply roles in the West Kirby area. We work with a number of schools in the CH48 postcode, offering a competitive daily rate of £150 - £220, with weekly pay. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a variety of school settings and make a real impact on student learning.
Your Main Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in science to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Manage the classroom environment effectively, ensuring a safe and positive space for learning, especially during practical lab experiments.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic development.
- Contribute to the school community by working collaboratively with other staff members and adhering to school policies.

What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- A degree in a science-related subject.
- Proven experience teaching science in a UK secondary school.
- Strong classroom management skills and a professional demeanor.
- A valid and enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, or the willingness to apply for one.
