Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and differentiated Science lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
- Plan and assess in line with the national curriculum and School policies
- Inspire students to develop a love for scientific inquiry and critical thinking
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and positively
- Contribute to the wider School community and extracurricular opportunities
- Track and report on student progress, offering targeted support where needed
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Experience teaching Science in a secondary School setting (KS3 & KS4)
- Strong knowledge of Biology, Chemistry, and Physics curricula
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- A passion for education and student achievement
- A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
