About the Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students with diverse learning styles can thrive. You will deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects, helping to shape students' academic and personal growth. The daily pay rate will be competitive and will be determined based on your experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Deliver Curriculum: Contribute to subject development by creating and updating curriculum plans and schemes of work, ensuring a high-quality teaching and learning experience.
Effective Classroom Management: Teach allocated classes in a well-planned, challenging, and purposeful learning environment. You will manage pupil behavior to ensure a productive and constructive atmosphere.
Assessment and Feedback: Use assessment data to inform lesson planning, set homework, and provide timely marking to support student progress.
Professionalism: Be punctual, reliable, and deal with any immediate problems or emergencies according to school policy.
Inspire Learning: Use your creativity and innovation to enhance the learning experience, encouraging students to become self-directed learners.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications: You must hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE for secondary, or an equivalent teaching certification.
Experience: Experience teaching up to KS3/KS4 is essential.
Skills: Strong classroom management skills, a motivated and enthusiastic demeanor, and the ability to be an engaging and inspiring communicator.
