The Opportunity
As a Secondary School Teacher, you'll deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the national curriculum. You'll be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans and assessments, while maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment for all students. Providing individualised support, collaborating with colleagues, and participating in school events are all key aspects of this role. You'll also have the chance to contribute to the development of school policies and regularly monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
We're Looking for You If:
You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant undergraduate degree.
You possess excellent classroom management skills, strong communication, and interpersonal abilities.
You are passionate about education, highly motivated, and committed to student success.
You have a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
Experience with a range of teaching methodologies and assessment techniques is a plus.
