ResponsibilityYou will be responsible for planning, delivering and assessing engaging and effective lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students. You will also be involved in creating a positive and supportive learning environment, contributing to the wider life of the school, and working collaboratively with colleagues.
Specifically the activities will be:
Planning and delivering engaging lessons, marking and providing constructive feedback to students, assessing student progress and identifying areas for improvement, contributing to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures, participating in school events and activities, attending meetings and professional development opportunities, building strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
ExperienceA successful candidate will have proven experience of teaching in a UK secondary school setting, ideally with experience teaching a specific subject. The ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment is key.
RequirementsQualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success are vital.
Level of studyA relevant degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) are required.
