Your Responsibilities
Classroom Delivery: Deliver a range of pre-planned lessons to students across KS3 and KS4, ensuring a positive learning environment.
Classroom Management: Maintain control over the whole class and ensure discipline is upheld in line with school policies.
Engagement: Use your innovation to enhance the learning experience and encourage children with additional needs.
Collaboration: Liaise with other staff members regarding student well-being and behavior while ensuring the safeguarding of all children.
Adaptability: Apply various teaching methods to suit the individual needs of young people.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): A degree qualification in teaching (PGCE/B.Ed) along with QTS is essential.
Eligibility: Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).
Compliance: An Enhanced Child DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one promptly).
Passion: A dedicated interest in children's education and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
References: Ability to provide professional references covering your recent teaching history.
