The successful candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Be passionate about their subject and able to inspire a love of learning in students.
Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Be committed to raising attainment and ensuring all students reach their full potential.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
Be dedicated to ongoing professional development and actively contribute to the wider school community.
