Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous work in childcare, schools, youth coaching, or community volunteering is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
- A genuine desire to help teenagers grow academically and socially.
Key Duties:
- Preparing the classroom and setting up learning materials before the bell.
- Delivering 1-to-1 support to keep students motivated and on-task.
- Explaining complex tasks in simpler ways to help students understand.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and focus during independent study.
- Recording student attendance and progress in the digital school log.
- Supervising students during break times and lesson changeovers.
- Helping the Teacher with classroom displays and essential admin tasks.
- Promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment for everyone.
