Join our specialist partner school in Salford as an SEMH Teaching Assistant. This role involves working with students in KS2 through to KS4, ensuring they have the emotional and academic support needed to navigate their school day successfully.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with students displaying complex behavioral needs and SEMH.
- Assist in the social and emotional development of pupils through structured interventions.
- Support students in vocational and academic settings to help them gain qualifications.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment at all times.
Requirements
- Essential: Experience working with SEMH/SEN children.
- Reliable and punctual (Standard hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM).
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
