We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Teacher to join an experienced team at a specialist SEMH School in Bury St Edmunds. This school provides a safe, nurturing and structured environment for children and young people who have struggled to thrive in mainstream education due to social, emotional and behavioural challenges.

Your Role Will Include:
- Planning and delivering engaging, individualised lessons tailored to students' unique learning needs
- Creating a supportive classroom culture built on mutual respect and high expectations
- Working closely with teaching assistants, pastoral staff, and external agencies
- Supporting students to build confidence, emotional resilience, and a love for learning
- Contributing to wider school life, including EHCP reviews and behaviour support planning
We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Primary or Secondary
- Experience working with students with SEMH needs or challenging behaviour (desirable but not essential)
- A trauma-informed, nurturing approach to behaviour management
- The ability to engage reluctant learners through creativity and consistency
- A collaborative team player with a passion for inclusive education
