We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Qualified Teacher to join a supportive team at a specialist SEMH School based in Cambridge. This school provides a safe, structured and nurturing environment for children and young people who have experienced significant challenges in mainstream settings. They focus on emotional wellbeing, personalised learning, and helping students re-engage with education.

The Role:
- Deliver engaging, accessible lessons tailored to students with SEMH needs
- Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils to support emotional regulation and resilience
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies
- Support students both academically and socially, helping them to achieve progress and confidence
- Foster a positive, respectful classroom culture that values every individual
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Experience working with children or young people with SEMH or challenging behaviour (desirable)
- A calm, consistent, and trauma-informed approach to behaviour and learning
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for inclusive education
- The ability to adapt, reflect, and support students in creative and flexible ways
