Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons to meet diverse SEMH needs
- Foster a positive and therapeutic learning environment
- Work closely with support staff, therapists, and families to create individualised learning plans
- Use a trauma-informed approach to behaviour management
- Track progress and report on academic and emotional development
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds QTS or QTLS (essential)
- Experience working with SEMH pupils (preferably in an SEN setting)
- Passionate about inclusive education and improving outcomes for vulnerable learners
- Resilient, patient, and empathetic
- Able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
