• Willing to Assist with Personal Care: You approach personal care duties (such as feeding or hygiene support) with dignity, respect, and a professional mindset, ensuring the student always feels comfortable.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEND (including Autism, ADHD, and Global Development Delay).
• Using your resourcefulness to create an inclusive and accessible learning environment.
• Encouraging social interaction and helping students build their own friendships.
• Working closely with teachers and the SENCO to ensure every child reaches their individual milestones.
