The Role & Rewards

• Location: Rayleigh, Essex
• Pay: £90 - £100 per day
• Contract: Full-time (Term-time only)

Key Responsibilities

• Working 1:1 or in small groups with students with various SEND requirements.
• Using your resourcefulness to create sensory breaks or visual aids on the fly.
• Supporting the social, emotional, and physical well-being of your students.
• Acting as a bridge between the student, the teacher, and the parents.
