Tasks Include:
          ...- Tailored Educational Support: Deliver precise, one-to-one, and small-group academic intervention specifically designed for students with diverse SEN profiles.
 - Instructional Collaboration: Work closely with the class teacher to effectively execute lesson plans and integrate differentiated teaching methods across the curriculum.
 - Classroom Dynamics: Actively support the management of student behaviour and help maintain an orderly, constructive, and safe learning atmosphere.
 - Progress Monitoring: Keep meticulous records of students educational advancements, behaviour patterns, and attainment levels against established goals.
 - Pastoral Guidance: Function as a trustworthy guide and motivator, establishing strong, empathetic connections to bolster students social skills and emotional well-being alongside their studies.
 
Requirements:
- Verified Experience: You must possess a mandatory minimum of six months experience in a classroom environment, explicitly supporting students with Special Educational Needs within a UK school setting.
 - Key Attributes: Must exhibit a naturally calm, resourceful, and highly enthusiastic temperament when addressing varied learning needs.
 - Skill Set: Demonstrate superior communication (both written and verbal), effective team-working capabilities, and strong organisational acumen.
 - Compliance: You must hold a current, satisfactory Enhanced DBS check, or be willing to submit an application for one immediately upon receiving an offer.
 - Highly Valued: Previous exposure to specific therapeutic interventions or supporting conditions such as Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) or Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN) is a distinct advantage.
