Your Mission:

• Provide essential one-on-one and small group support to students with diverse special needs.
• Work collaboratively with teachers to bring personalised learning plans to life.
• Help create and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom where every student feels valued.
• Assist with lesson preparation and help track student progress.
• Be a key mentor and guide for students, helping them achieve their academic and personal goals.
• Support the overall learning environment and participate in school life.

What You'll Need:

• At least six months of experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a UK school.
• A compassionate, patient, and energetic approach to supporting students with SEN.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A current Enhanced DBS check (or the willingness to obtain one).
• A relevant educational qualification is a bonus.
• Experience with a variety of SEN needs is a big plus.
