Role Overview:
This full-time position involves working with pupils with a range of special educational needs, such as Autism, ADHD, SLD, PMLD, and CLD. You'll be teaching small groups or 1:1, adapting learning to ensure every student can progress.
Your Key Duties Will Include:
- Delivering high-quality lessons using P Scales or tailored learning plans
- Encouraging student development in a nurturing and structured environment

Managing classroom behaviour using effective, pupil-centred approaches
Supporting students with physical and personal care if required
Building trusting relationships with both students and support staff
Essential Criteria:
- Recognised UK teaching qualification (QTS)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Valid Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply
- Previous experience teaching in UK SEN settings
- Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)
- Able to start work immediately
