About the Role:
As an SEN Teacher, you'll work with students with a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Conditions, ADHD, SLD, PMLD, and complex medical or developmental profiles.
Your Role Includes:
- Crafting bespoke lessons that reflect each learner's unique abilities

Working with the P Scales to measure and support progress
Building trusting, empathetic relationships with students
Promoting positive behaviours and a respectful classroom dynamic
Providing personal care support when required
What We Need From You:
- Valid QTS
- UK work eligibility (no sponsorship)
- Enhanced DBS (on Update Service or willing to apply)
- Experience in SEN teaching within the UK education system
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Available for full-time hours (Monday-Friday)
