Randstad Education is seeking an exceptional Special Needs Teacher for a full-time, long-term role in Wirral. This is an immediate start position for an educator who is passionate about creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for students with diverse and complex needs, including Autism, ADHD, SLD/PMLD, and CLD.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Designing and delivering highly differentiated lessons tailored to individual student needs.
- Developing lesson plans that follow the P Scales framework.
- Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils to encourage their personal and academic growth.
- Utilising creative and resilient teaching strategies to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Assisting students with personal care routines as required.
We are looking for a professional who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has the legal right to work in the UK (no sponsorship is available).
- Possesses a valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.
- Has essential prior experience supporting SEN pupils in UK schools.
- Demonstrates strong communication and behaviour management skills.
- Is available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
