The Role:
In this role, you'll teach students with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, SLD, and PMLD. Your duties will involve delivering structured lessons tailored to individual learning journeys, supporting personal care routines when necessary, and promoting positive behaviour through creative methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver lessons adapted to various needs using the P Scales curriculum.
- Foster trust through patient and positive relationships.
- Support personal care routines when necessary.
- Promote positive behaviour and engagement through creative methods.
Essential Criteria:
- Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Legal right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain).
- Proven SEN experience in UK schools.
- Effective behavior management skills.
- Availability for full-time hours, Monday-Friday.
