About the Role:
You'll support children with complex learning needs including autism, severe learning difficulties, ADHD, and profound needs. This is a role for a teacher who values inclusivity and thrives in a nurturing, structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver lessons that are accessible for all learners
- Use a variety of teaching approaches tailored to SEN pupils
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom
- Respond to behavioural challenges with empathy
- Support with physical or personal care if needed
To Be Considered You Must:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Be DBS-registered or willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS
- Have prior SEN teaching experience
- Be confident in behaviour management and curriculum adaptation
- Be available Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm
