The Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
- Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and families to provide a holistic learning experience
- Create a safe, nurturing environment that supports both academic and personal development
- Contribute to ongoing assessments, EHCP reviews, and the wider life of the school
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Experience in an SEN setting is highly desirable, but not essential
- A positive, flexible approach with strong classroom management skills
- Committed to inclusive education and continuous professional development
