I am currently recruiting for a passionate SEN Teacher to join an IQM-awarded, independent specialist day school. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a highly personalised learning environment for students aged 6-19 with complex needs (PMLD, MLD, SLD, Autism, and ADHD).

As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging learning, within a meaningful and individualised curriculum designed to challenge and stretch all learners in your class. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver tailored, high-quality learning.

What We're Looking For:
- PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification with evidence of ongoing professional development (essential).
- A solid understanding of the Teacher Standards and expectations.
- Experience or knowledge of SEN, particularly sensory-led curriculums.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Attention to detail in assessing, recording, and reporting progress.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to guide and support other adults in the classroom.
