The Role / Key Responsibilities:
As an SEN Teacher, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering engaging lessons that cater to varying abilities and learning styles. Your responsibilities include:
- Creating inclusive learning environments
- Developing individualised education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external professionals
- Utilising effective behaviour management techniques
- Flexibility and adaptability in teaching methods
Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Specialist knowledge and experience in teaching students with SEN
