The Essentials (Requirements)
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): This is non-negotiable for this specialist role.

- The "SEN Mindset": A deep understanding that behavior is communication and a commitment to positive reinforcement.
- Adaptability: The ability to pivot your lesson plan in seconds to meet the emotional or sensory needs of your group.
- Compliance: A Child DBS on the update service (or the willingness to undergo a new check).
