We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join an inclusive and supportive SEN school in Wisbech. You will be responsible for delivering personalised teaching and learning experiences to pupils with a range of special educational needs, helping them to achieve their potential academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess tailored lessons that meet the diverse needs of SEN pupils
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters confidence and independence
- Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to support pupil progress
- Monitor and track pupil development, adapting approaches as needed
- Contribute to the development of the school's SEN curriculum and wider school initiatives
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing within your class
- Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to staff training
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN education
- Child DBS on the update service
- A strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in SEN teaching
- Patience, creativity, and a flexible approach to teaching and learning
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to promoting inclusion and safeguarding pupil welfare
