We are working with a well-resourced and nurturing Special Educational Needs (SEN) School in Wisbech to recruit a Qualified Teacher for a full-time role starting in September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for an adaptable and committed Teacher to work with pupils who require a personalised, supportive learning environment.
About The School:
The school caters for children and young people aged 5-18 with a range of complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges. The school promotes a therapeutic approach, with a strong focus on emotional wellbeing, communication, and positive behaviour support.

The Role:
- Deliver engaging, accessible lessons tailored to individual EHCP targets
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom culture that promotes student independence
- Work closely with support staff and therapists to provide holistic education
- Contribute to planning, assessment, and progress tracking
- Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and external professionals
What You'll Need:
- QTS or QTLS (with recent teaching experience)
- Experience working with SEN pupils, ideally in a specialist or inclusive setting
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- A flexible, compassionate, and team-focused mindset
- A current DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
