Your Role and Responsibilities

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a dedicated individual with a genuine passion for supporting children and young people with special educational needs. The ideal candidate will have:
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Child DBS on the update service
- Positive Attitude: The ability to remain calm and encouraging, even in challenging situations, and to connect with students on a personal level.
- A Proactive and Adaptable Nature: A keen eye for detail and the ability to anticipate needs and find creative solutions.
- A Collaborative Spirit: A desire to work as part of a friendly and supportive team, sharing ideas and celebrating successes together.
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience working with children with SEN in a school, care, or voluntary setting is highly desirable. A relevant qualification (such as a Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) is a bonus.
