Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

Make a significant impact as an SEN Classroom Support Assistant! (Immediate Start)
We're looking for passionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support children and young people with special educational needs at a fantastic specialist school in Bebington, Wirral.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
- Support students with challenging behaviours.
- Prepare lesson materials and equipment.
- Assist with student's personal care needs.
- Help with daily classroom tasks and learning activities.
- Ensure student safeguarding and support.
Requirements:
- Enhanced Child DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience working with children with additional needs.
- Two recent professional references.
- Experience managing challenging behaviours.
- Calm and caring personality.
- Strong and resilient character.
- Good reading, writing, numeracy, and communication skills.
