About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support to both the class teacher and the pupils, helping to create an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning environment. You'll support the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils, enabling them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
... - Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, tailored to the individual needs of the students
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to help students achieve their learning goals
- Foster an inclusive, nurturing environment where students feel supported and valued
- Promote the development of social, communication, and life skills
- Work collaboratively with the class teacher, therapists, and other professionals
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback as needed
- Support the safeguarding and wellbeing of all pupils
- Supervise students during break and lunch times as required
What We're Looking For:
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Child DBS on the update service
- Experience working with children or young people (desirable, but not essential)
- A patient, understanding, and adaptable approach to working with children with additional needs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A willingness to learn and take part in training and professional development
- A genuine desire to help children with special educational needs succeed
