We are seeking a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Holbeach. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children and young people with a range of additional needs in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting pupils with SEN including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), learning difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs
- Assisting teachers in the delivery of lessons and activities tailored to individual needs
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to promote learning and independence
- Helping manage behaviour positively and encouraging social development
- Collaborating with staff and therapists to meet pupils' holistic needs
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children, ideally in SEN or related settings (not essential but preferred)
- Patience, empathy, and a positive, flexible approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to supporting pupil wellbeing and development
- Willingness to undertake training and DBS clearance (or have an existing DBS)
