SEN Teaching Assistant
Full-Time, Long-Term (Term Time Only)
Salary: £90 - £100 per day (Weekly Pay - dependent on experience)
Start Date: April 2026
Join our specialist network as an SEN Teaching Assistant and provide the vital support needed to help students with additional needs thrive.
We are seeking dedicated SEND Specialists to work with students across all ages who have a range of needs, including those who have been permanently excluded or are on short-term temporary placements away from mainstream classrooms.
You'll be required to work with students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, making learning accessible and interesting.
Essential Requirements

You're patient: You understand that progress can be non-linear and you have the resilience to support students through challenging moments.
You have relevant experience: This could be from a school, care setting, personal experience with family, or volunteering with SEND charities.
You're a Team Player: You can take direction from specialists, while using your own initiative to support the student's daily routine.
You're committed: You hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or are willing to apply) and are 100% committed to Safeguarding and keeping students safe.
