Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, both one-on-one and in small groups.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised learning strategies.
- Assist in developing communication, social, and life skills in pupils with a range of learning difficulties.
- Promote independence, self-esteem, and confidence in every student you support.
- Help manage behaviour positively and calmly, using de-escalation techniques where appropriate.
- Prepare and adapt learning materials and resources to meet individual needs.
- Monitor and record progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents when required.

- A caring, patient, and understanding individual with a passion for inclusive education.
- Some experience working with children with SEN or in a supportive educational role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
