We are seeking a compassionate, proactive, and resilient Teaching Assistant to join an exceptional team at our partnered Special Educational Needs (SEN) School based in Meldreth. This school provides a personalised and inclusive learning experience for children and young people with a range of complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and communication challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, both in and out of the classroom
- Assist teachers in delivering tailored educational programs
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Help with personal care and mobility where necessary
- Encourage independence and build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
About You:
- Experience working in an SEN setting is desirable, but not essential
- Patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Willing to learn and adapt in a dynamic, student-focused environment
- Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
