The Schedule: 30 hours per week-enjoy your weekends and holidays with a term-time schedule (plus 1 week)!
The Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 3.30pm (including a 1-hour lunch break to recharge)

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work under the direction of class teachers and the SENCO to:

• Support Learning: Assist in delivering the National Curriculum and examination support to individuals and small groups.

• Foster Relationships: Build constructive, professional relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

  Behaviour & Wellbeing: Implement behaviour management strategies and proactively safeguard the welfare of all students.

• Session Planning: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated sessions tailored to student needs, in small groups or 1:1

• School Support: Assist with exam invigilation, record keeping, and lunchtime supervision, pastoral work of SEN Students

Criteria.

• Experience working with children in education setting
• Qualification related to child care or special educational needs desirable
• Able to communicate effectively and clearly with staff, children and families.
• Good understanding of child development
• A sense of humour, flexibility and proportion to approach the post in a well-balanced way
• Available full time
