We are seeking a caring, patient, and committed Teaching Assistant to work at a wonderful SEN school in Peterborough. You will support children and young people with a variety of additional needs, helping them access learning and build confidence in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to pupils' individual needs
Assisting teachers with the delivery of personalised learning programmes
Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development
Helping with personal care and daily routines as required
Encouraging independence and positive behaviour
Working collaboratively with staff, families, and external professionals
Contributing to maintaining a safe and stimulating classroom environment
