Hours: Full-Time (08:30 - 15:30)
Pay: £90 per day
The Role Join our team at the Senior Campus in Ashburton, working with students from Year 8 through to Year 11. Our students have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties and require a supportive, steady hand as they navigate their teenage years and prepare for post-16 transitions.
What You Will Do:
- Support young people with complex EHCPs in developing individual talents and vocational interests.
- Foster a safe, trauma-informed space that acknowledges and supports students' past experiences.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure stable transitions to further education.
Requirements:
- Must Previous experience in a school or care setting is required.
- Driving license is desirable.
- DBS check is mandatory.
