We're currently hiring passionate individuals to join supportive schools as full-time, term-time Teaching Assistants for ages 4-11. Whether your background is in childcare, caregiving, or education, we provide training to help you succeed from day one.

What You'll Do:
- Assist teachers and support students in class
- Help monitor progress and provide feedback
- Support emotional well-being and build confidence
- Communicate with families and carers
- Be a consistent and positive presence in their school life
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children
- Maths and English GCSEs (Grade C or above)
- DBS clearance (we can assist)
- Great communication and patience
- Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
