Responsibilities:
- Support students with special needs, ensuring their safety and helping them with learning.
- Build trust with all students and communicate in a way they understand.
- Encourage class participation and keep students engaged in lessons.
- Maintain an organised and supportive classroom.
- Help display students' work and plan activities.

To be considered for this role, the key requirements are as follows:
