We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a respected SEN school in Banham. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a nurturing setting, assisting children and young people with a range of complex needs, including autism, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) difficulties, and learning disabilities.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be a key part of our school community. You'll work alongside teachers and other professionals to support pupils' academic progress, personal growth, and emotional well-being. Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support to pupils, both on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
- Assist with classroom preparation and the organisation of learning materials.
- Encourage and help develop pupils' independence, communication, and social skills.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to the class teacher.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and external agencies.
- Supervise pupils during breaks and lunch times.
- Uphold all safeguarding protocols to ensure the safety and welfare of every child.
What We're Looking For
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- A valid Child DBS on the update service.
- Prior experience working with children or young people, with a preference for an SEN setting.
