Your Key Responsibilities
1:1 & Group Support: Work closely with children with SEND to ensure they can safely access the curriculum.
Interventions: Lead small group sessions in literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
Collaboration: Provide feedback to teachers on pupil progress and help develop specialised learning resources.
Holistic Care: Support children's personal needs, including social, health, and welfare matters (including basic first aid).
Environment: Maintain a purposeful, positive classroom and assist with displays and equipment.
What We Are Looking For
Education: A degree or equivalent is preferred
Knowledge: A basic understanding of SEND, learning barriers, and supporting pupils with challenging behaviours.
Experience: Previous experience working with young people (ideally in an education or training setting).
Reliability: Ability to start ASAP and commit until at least Easter.
